Rage
Skill, Self Only, Command based (Berserk command)
The second lowest level of berserk abilities. Berserk values when used, may be seen using
the 'bonus' command. There are 4 levels of berserk (rage, fury, frenzy and berserk).
While active, these skill based values increase the speed of ones attacks, and the damage
that the berserked characters may deal. Berserked characters may not recall, disengage, flee
or use any other commands. The damage they deal, is time based, so the longer the berserk is
active, the less damage they deal over time. Once the berserk timer reaches 0, a re-use
timer is applied, and thus the character may not berserk again for another minute.
Berserk values in the 'bonus' command change as the timer is active.
Level 10 Avenger (Avatar Warrior)

Raging Blading
Performance, Skill, Active, DD
Will work on no-stab mobs.
Useage: Perform 'raging blading'
Skill based vs armor class hit/miss weapon damage skill
Damage: Huge
Weapon Restrictions: None
Level 15 Avenger (Avatar Warrior)

Raging Strength
Performance, Skill, Active, Buff, Self Only
While active, the character has his/her damage increased by 20 pts.
This only affects melee damage.
The drawback, is that the character may not use any performances while
this buff affects them. They may how ever, still berserk.
Level 32 Avenger (Avatar Warrior)

Raise Dead
Active, Cast, Spell, Utility Healing
Allows the cleric a skill based chance to bring a dead player back from the dead.
This is not always successful, and when that happens the player will shock.
Shocking is not a good thing. Shocking a hardcore character is one guilty Cleric.
Raise dead rates were found to be too high in SoulMUD Version 3, and have been adjusted.

Rake
Skill, Passive, Active Command Based (rake )

Substitute Rake for any of those and well there you have it.
Level 10 Mage & Thief & Warrior

Ramstrike
Active, Cast, Spell, Timered Buff
Caster may only cast this spell once every 15 minutes. Spells affect duration is also 15 minutes.
During this time, the person affected, has melee attack % rates of 100. This means, that if a person has
double attack, triple attack, quad attack or quint attack practiced to 100 or more.
Then that person will unfaillingly use those attacks for that time. If all 4 of those attacks
are at 100, then they will work perfectly. This goes for dual wielded attacks as well
(though dual wield skill check is still made each round.
Level 39 Warlock (Avatar Sorcerer)

Rapidity
Skill, Passive, Self only, Comabt.
Thief critcial hit skill. Allows a skill based chance of character
inflicting extra damage upon a successful strike.
Efficency is like that of critical smite.
Choice skill between rapidity and tour de force.
Level 6 Ninja/Monk (Avatar Acrobat)

Performance, Active, Skill, DD
Average run of mill attack damage perform.
Level 17 Ninja(Avatar Acrobat)

Rebuke Undead
Active, Cast, Spell, DD
Heavy damage Holy powered spell.
Level 28 Priest (Avatar Cleric)

Regeneration
Active, Cast, Spell, Buff
This affect allows the recipient to regen more hit points with each mud tick.
The values are skill based to the casters skill, affect is medium duration.

Refresh
Active, Cast, Spell, Movement Heal
Heals movement of person its cast upon.
Amount of movement healing is skill based.
Level 16 Cleric


Rejuvenation
Active, Cast, Spell, Timered Heal
Once cast upon person, may not be recast for 20 minutes.
Heals a bit more then 2 restorations or soothes.
Level 6 Vicar, Level 9 Priest (Avatar Cleric)

Relief
Cast, Spell, Active, Healing
Big Hit Point Healing spell, Heals a bit more then soothe or restoration, for about
the same cost as restoration.
Level 9 Vicar, Level 18 Priest (Avatar Cleric)

Remedy
(a.k.a: mass heal)
Level 3 Priest/Vicar (Avatar Cleric)


Remove Curse
Active, Cast, Spell, Debuff Removal
Allows the caster to remove the affect curse from the victim.
Level 19 Cleric


Remove Poison
Active, Cast, Spell, Dot Removal
Allows the caster to remove poison affects from the affected character.
Note, this spell will not cure all poisons, many types of poisons
In the realm are uncureable, this is intentional.
Level 12 Cleric


Rescue
Skill, Active, Command Based
(rescue whoever)
Should you be tank in a group and someone in your group is being beaten upon
and you dont think they need beat upon, you may choose to rescue them. This will
place you in combat with the being fighting your buddy and place your buddy out
of combat. The chances of a successful rescue are skill based, so keep this skill high.

Active Benifit: Increases chance of making saving spells.
Active Benifit: Also Decreases Damage taken from air spells.
Level 8 Mage


Resist Earth
Active, Cast, Spell, Buff, Midlevel Caster
Active Benifit: Increases chance of making saving spells.
Active Benifit: Also Decreases Damage taken from earth spells.
Level 9 Cleric


Resist Fire
Active, Cast, Spell, Buff, Midlevel Caster
Active Benifit: Increases chance of making saving spells.
Active Benifit: Also Decreases Damage taken from fire spells.
Level 7 Mage


Resist Water

Active Benifit: Increases chance of making saving spells.

Active Benifit: Skill based percent chance that when targeted with web spell
that the web will not hold, and slide off the caster.

Restoration

Heals a considerable amount of hit points to the recipient
This is a base value + a skill based value + a random amount.
This value is also capped depending on cleric in class order.

Retaliation
Spell, Cast, Active, DD+DoT
Big brother to the spell scorn. Better damage with same % chance to
inflict a short duration damage over time affect.
Level 28 Vicar (Avatar Cleric)


Retribution
Spell, Caster, Active, DD+Dot
Descent Damage Nuke with Active Damage over time.
Level 23 Vicar (Avatar Cleric)

Revenge
Spell, Cast, Buff
When active, anytime the person affected by this spell is struck
by physical melee combat, the person striking, receives damage = to
the modifier of the affect. Mod is skill based between 2 and 8%

Level 34 Thief


Riposte
Skill, Active, Command Based, Toggle
When turned on, this allows the character to return damage to who ever
just hit him in melee combat. Damage is always a much less percent of damage
then what was just done.
