Position based damage reduction skill. Toggled on an off.
This is also a timered skill, and shows up under the 'bonus' command.
There are 2 versions of this skill, trained and untrained.
Untrained will only last for 10 - 12 mud-seconds, and has a reuse timer
of 61 mud seconds. The trained version lasts from a skill based 36 to 55 seconds.
The amount of damage which is reduced by the skill base (untrained is a flat amount).

Demon Bind

A 2 way spell. When used on a mage type mob or caster person, and they are
affected by the spell, they are unable to recall or phase door. They can try but
they will fail :). On ethereal mobs, this spell also acts as a web based spell, as
the spell web and fireweb will not work on ethereal creatures. There fore the
binding holds the ethereal critter in place. Those non ethereal mobs and players
who are bound may still flee.

Deplete Agony
Passive Skill, Self Only,
Damage reduction skill, choice between critical hits and damage reduction skill line.
Absorbs damage provided the damage is over a certain amount. Damage reduction will
not work if you are hit for less then 10% of your max health. If your hit for more then 10%
of your max health, then damage reduction kicks in, and reduces the damage on a point
for point basis depending upon the skill levels of all your reductions. Old damage reduction
was a percent based reduction on all damage taken. This ability only reduces damage
received in melee combat, and does not reduce spell damage.

Allows the caster the ability to remove/dispel webs which might bind the
target character. Removal is skill based, and may not work on VERY high level webs.
May not dispel webs higher level then the caster.

When used upon a closed door that is pickable (may take a key to open, but
door is not pickproof), then the warrior can beat down the door and open it.

attacks still apply, as do hits and misses. The second weapon will always
attack slightly slower then the primary weapon.
